This study is to elucidate the role of ROCK in oncogenis RAS induced senescence in mouse keratinocytes. Overall design: Primary mouse kearinocytes trasduced with oncogenic RAS were cultured with or without ROCK inhibitor Y17632. RNA sequencing was performed to evaluate the differentially expressed genes iaffected by RAS and Y27632 tratment.
