Comparison of Bayesian Solvers in EEG Distributed Source Model Using Numerical Settings

This dataset contains inversion methods, visualization scripts, simulated example observations, and forward and inverse lead fields used in the \"Comparison of Bayesian Solvers in EEG Distributed Source Models: Prior Selection, Algorithmic Implementation, and Depth Bias Reduction\" review paper. The dataset is for demonstrative comparisons between the Bayesian methods. The scripts are written in MATLAB. Included inversion methods are: Weighted Minimum Norm Estimate, Conditional Gaussian, Conditional Laplace, Conditional Group Laplace, and Group Laplace.
