microRNA expression profile in retina and choroid in oxygen-induced retinopathy model

Using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) we profiled miRNA expression in the retina and choroid during degenerative and NV phases of oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR). Overall design: Examination of 12 different samples (6 choroid and 6 retina) to compare the expression of miRNA in the normoxic vs hyperoxic (OIR) condition. Sample are a pool of 5 retina or choroid.
