Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE) datasets for agar phantom and healthy human brain and liver

The dataset contains three types of actual magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) imaging data. The first type comes from a self-made agar phantom with two agar inclusions - one hard and one soft - embedded inside. The second type comes from the brain of a healthy volunteer. The third type comes from the liver of a healthy volunteer. All three types of data were collected using four vibration frequencies: 30Hz, 40Hz, 50Hz, and 60Hz. Data starting with ‘U’ represents raw displacement phase data (rad), where the data format is [x-axis, y-axis, slice number, vibration direction, vibration frequency]. Data starting with ‘Gstar’ represents complex shear modulus data (Pa) after TWENN, where the data format is [x-axis, y-axis, slice number]
