Online repository for lunar surface roughnesses from submicrometer to kilometer scales

The dataset consists of two main directories: figures and data. The figures directory contains two subdirectories, afm and alscc, each of which includes the surface roughness calculation results for 10 regions of interest (ROIs). All files in these subdirectories are provided in PDF format. The data directory also contains two subdirectories, dem and grid. The dem subdirectory stores elevation data, while the grid subdirectory contains the corresponding spatial grids of both x and y coordinates. All data files in these subdirectories are provided in NumPy (.npy) format.
