The archive contains orthogroup matrices, gene-family evolution diagnostics, infection-expression results, nematode secretome evidence, functional-association network tables, selected protein sequences, structure-quality summaries, metadata, supplementary tables, and SHA-256 checksums. Raw sequencing reads, complete public proteomes, database mirrors, failed runs, and redundant intermediate files are excluded.
