This is the data underlying the publication: Palladium Zero-Mode Waveguides for Optical Single Molecule Detection with Nanopores<br>There are three different datasets in there:1. On Chip R9_1104_25 data on freely diffusing fluorophores (Atto 647N, Atto 488)2. On Chip R9_1104_30 there is the data of BSA translocations at different concentrations3. Data on DNA translocations of different lengths under different driving voltages. (No R… chip indicated)<br><br>All metadata can be found in the photon-hdf5 files, a small readme file is also included.<br>
