File with additional data for publication "Assessing the effectiveness of protected areas and prioritizing conservation in fragmented Quercus brantii Lindl. and Quercus macranthera Fisch. & C.A.Mey. ex Hohen. habitats in Iran under different climate change scenarios". This publication aims to estimate potential range of both species in current conditions, as well as in the past (Last Glacial Maximum) and in the future (scenarios SSP3.70 and SSP5.85), to calculate range fragmentation, and to evaluate the overlap of suitable areas with the current Protected Areas network. The dataset includes: references for locations of oak species used for the spatial distribution modelling, areas with Zonation values above 0.99 according to the administrative regions of tested countries, and locations of both tested species which were used for MaxEnt modelling (SDM input).
