Background variables: basic characteristics/ residence/ housing situation/ household characteristics/ occupation/employment/ income/capital assets/ education</p>本研究针对非正规非标准劳动力市场（informal irregular labour market）的规模扩张与定价展开探讨，研究范畴涵盖未签订正规劳动合同、未履行正规行政手续的合法有偿活动；受访者对劳动力市场变化的感知，包括偏好的"正规"工作时长、兼职需求、收入充足性、对适配性较低工作的接受度、志愿工作情况、对非正式副业的意愿、私下兼职（moonlighting）行为、对非法副业的动机与态度、雇佣私下兼职者的情况、所从事工作类型、频次、小时定价、支付方式、收款情况；受访者在非法非正规劳动力市场从业的动机、工作类型、频次、小时收入；以及合法额外副业相关信息，包括工作类型、频次、小时收入。本研究的背景变量包括基础特征、居住情况、住房状况、家庭特征、职业/就业状况、收入、金融资产与受教育程度。
