资源简介:
These research work data were obtained from the experimental investigation and statistical analysis of the Influence of light intensity and glucose concentration on biomass productivity of oleaginous Nannochloropsis oceanica micro-Algae in sustainable biofuel development. Table 1 describes the chemical components and compositions of the nutrients (modified BG-11 stock solution and trace metals solution) that were used to prepare the modified blue-green algae growth medium. While table 2 and figure 1 show the positive linear relationship up to saturation point between daily biomass productivity of Nannochloropsis oceanica micro-algae and light intensities under photoautotrophic growth conditions. Also, the effect of glucose concentration on heterotrophic Nannochloropsis oceanica micro-algae biomass productivity is described by table 3 and figure 4. It can be observed that the growth rate of Nannochloropsis oceanica micro-algae under heterotrophic conditions was markedly affected by glucose concentration. Finally, tables 4 and 5 represent the parameters results of one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for the effect of light intensities and glucose concentrations on Nannochloropsis oceanica micro-algae biomass productivity under photoautotrophic and heterotrophic growth conditions respectively.
