LLD-MMRI-MedSAM2数据集包含来自498名患者的肝脏病变数据，包括肝细胞癌、肝内胆管癌、肝转移瘤、肝囊肿、肝血管瘤、局灶性结节性增生和肝脓肿等多种类型。每个病变有八个不同阶段的MRI扫描图像，共计3984个病例。所有病变都通过MedSAM2进行了人机结合标注。
The LLD-MMRI-MedSAM2 dataset contains liver lesion data from 498 unique patients, including hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, liver metastases, hepatic cysts, hepatic hemangioma, focal nodular hyperplasia, and hepatic abscess. Each lesion has eight MRI scan images at different stages, totaling 3984 cases. All lesions have been annotated using MedSAM2 in a human-in-the-loop pipeline.
