Microcensus Ad-Hoc-Module 'Reconciliation between work and family life' 2005 (SUF edition)

Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called ad-hoc-modules (AHM) that can vary from year to year. The EU-LFS ad-hoc-module 2005 on ‘Reconciliation between work and family life’ is divided into three submodules: care responsibilities, flexibility of work arrangements, career breaks. All persons aged between 15 and 64 years were interviewed in the initial survey of the microcensus. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2005.

供科研使用的完整版数据集。除涵盖微观普查劳动力调查（Microcensus Labour Force Survey, LFS）的核心变量外，该调查还设有每年可灵活调整的临时附加模块（ad-hoc-modules, AHM）。2005年欧盟劳动力调查（EU-LFS）以“工作与家庭生活协调”为主题的临时附加模块，被划分为三个子模块：照护责任、工作安排灵活性、职业中断。本次微观普查的首轮调查中，所有15至64岁的人群均接受了访谈。临时附加模块的问题紧随基础调查问卷模块的问题之后进行提问。本数据集同时包含2005年微观普查主调查的全部问卷内容。
