Although considerable research is now focused on elucidating the metabolic regulation of group 2 innate lymphoid cell (ILC2)-mediated allergic inflammation, the role of HIF-1 alpha-mediated glycolysis underlying ILC2-regulated allergic asthma is not well understood. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the HIF-1 alpha/glycolysis axis in ILC2-mediated lung type 2 inflammation.
