Shallow whole-genome sequencing (WGS) of mouse liver tumors, adjacent non-tumorous tissues, spleens, and tails from Arid1a liver-specific knockout mice (Arid1a LKO), with an average sequencing depth of 5 x. The samples included a group induced with aristolochic acid I (3 times at a concentration of 5mg/kg since 14 days old, numbered "SH", 4~8-mouths-old mice) and a PBS control group (numbered "A", 12~14-mouths-old mice). The DNA libraries were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq platform (Novogene, Beijing, China) to generate 150 bp paired-end reads.
