Four microbial inoculants were prepared for the pot experiment of rice, including Rhodopseudomonas palustris, Bacillus subtilis, the composite of R.palustris and B.subtilis, and the compound biofertilizer containing the composite of R. palustris and B. subtilis and chicken manure. Soil samples were collected at the mature stages of rice from surface soil.Soil microbial communities were analyzed by amplicon sequencing of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene, eventually predicting the yields and agronomic traits of rice from soil microbial activity and diversity.
