scRNA-seq of human iPSC-derived day 30 and day 60 old OVB organoids

This dataset consists of single-cell RNA-seq data from 3 30 days old and 3 60 days brain organoids with optic vesicles (OVB organoids) derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). Organoids were generated in a rotary 3D suspension culture under defined medium conditions. After a culture period of 30 days or 60 days, organoids were harvested and dissociated with Accutase to single cells to perform scRNAseq analysis. Data was used to explore the developmental stage of optic and brain structures generated by self-assembly over a defined period of time.
