VPRS 18980 By-Laws

This series consists of By-Laws of the Western and North Western Health Care Network, North West Hospital, Western Hospital, Williamstown Hospital, Altona District Hospital and the North Eastern Health Care Network.   The By-Laws define the powers and responsibilities of the Board of Management, Chief Executive Officer, Sub-committees, and the rules on the use of the Seal, financial matters, auditors, Annual General Meetings, disposal of assets, intellectual property, delegations, and tendering for building works. The series contains finalised By-Laws, drafts of proposed By-Laws, sample By-Laws from other institutions and correspondence about the drafting of the By-Laws.
