RNA-seq raw data

This dataset contains RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from B16-F10 melanoma tumors grown in C57BL/6 mice. The study examines how non-invasive Alternating Electric Fields (AEFs) affect the immune response in hard-to-treat "cold" tumors. Mice received either low-strength (1-1.5 V/cm) or high-strength (2-2.5 V/cm) AEF treatment, with a sham-treated control group. The data shows how AEFs change gene activity in tumors, highlighting key immune pathways, especially the DAPK2-LRPPRC-STING signaling chain, which helps explain how this physical treatment boosts the body's own CD8+ T cells to fight cancer.
