Anthropogenic impacts drive habitat suitability in South Asian bats

This study analyses the ecogeographic predictors of habitat suitability in South Asian bats by conducting ensemble ecological niche modelling using four algorithms (random forests, artificial neural networks, multivariate adaptive regression splines, and maximum entropy) to define suitability envelopes for 30 selected bat species, based on topographic, land-use and -cover, and additional anthropogenic impact factors.

Dataset comprises point locations (in a csv file) of the 30 species used, and variable rasters (in a raster stack, .tif format) for the 23 ecogeographic factors included in the study.
