To identify differentially expressed genes and key biological pathways that define toxicity following nanomaterial exposure, we performed microarray analyses on NR8383 macrophages exposed for 4 h to 0.17 µg/mL of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (NM401) (100 % cell viability). This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 686098 Overall design: Changes in gene expression in NR8383 cells incubated without (control) or with (0.17 µg/mL) of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (NM401) for 4 h were measured. For each condition, four biological replicates were performed : C1; C2; C3; C4 as controls, T1; T2; T3, T4 as exposed cells.
