医患多轮对话及医药文本提取

相同的id有相同长度的多轮对话，doc为根据多轮对话中的关键词所在医疗药品库中提出的药品doc。question包含多轮对话以及最后一轮的提问，answer为最后一轮提问的回答。

Multi-turn dialogues with the same ID have consistent lengths. The `doc` field contains pharmaceutical documents retrieved from the medical drug database based on keywords extracted from the corresponding multi-turn dialogues. The `question` field includes the full multi-turn dialogue and the final-round query, while the `answer` field is the response to this final-round query.
