A fixed cell with intermediate filaments (vimentin) cytoskeleton stained with Star635. The sample was imaged with Abberior Instruments Expert Line STED system, excitation wavelength 633 nm, 100x/1.4 (UPLSAPO100XO) objective. The dataset consists of images with different pixel sizes (29 to 113 nm; dimensions 1389x1389 to 354x354).
