MED23-KD 293T cells in which MED23 was mostly knockouted were generated by CRISPR-Cas9. We performed CUT&Tag experiments in WT and MED23-KD cells to characterize the change of Pol II binding. Overall design: CUT&Tag experiments were performed as the commercial kit discribed (Vazyme, #TD901-01) instruments.
