<b>Amis:</b> To determine the serum lipidomic profile of patients with ovarian syndrome using the UPLC-Q-TOF/MS technique and explore its pathogenesis, better diagnosis, and treatment. <b>Methods: </b>This was a prospective cross-sectional study conducted on 81 patients with ovarian syndrome and 20 healthy women, using UPLC–Q-TOF/MS for untargeted lipidomics.
