Effects of Cover Crop Wheat and Common Vetch on Growth and Clubroot Diseases of Chinese Cabbage

To clarify the effects of cover crop of wheat and pea on the growth and Clubroot Diseases of Chinese Cabbage and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for wheat and pea filling to reduce the continuous cropping obstacles of cruciferous Chinese cabbage. [Methods] The continuous cropping soil of Clubroot Diseases of Chinese Cabbage in Baicheng Team 3, Acheng District, Harbin for more than 10 years was selected as the study object, and non-satiated crops were taken as controls. The common vetch (P), wheat (W) and wheat and common vetch mixed sativa (WP) treatments were set up. Flow analyzer, qPCR fluorescence quantitative technology and Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology were used to investigate the effects of cover crop of wheat and pea on the growth and Clubroot Diseases of Chinese Cabbage, and to determine the effects of cover crop on soil chemical properties and microbial community structure of Chinese cabbage.
