To study the strategies of different soybean roots in response to low phosphorus stress, and to do further research at the level of transcriptomics, through biological analysis, the aim is to reveal the response of soybean to low phosphorus stress at the level of transcriptomics, clarify the molecular response mechanism of low phosphorus tolerant soybean, lay a foundation for revealing the regulation mechanism of soybean phosphorus metabolism, and have important significance for cultivating new soybean materials and germplasm with low phosphorus tolerance.
