Metagenomic sequencing of colon contents from gnotobiotic mice harboring the altered Schaedler flora

Shotgun metagenomic sequencing of colon contents from gnotobiotic C3H/HeNTac mice harboring the altered Schaelder flora (ASF). Genomic DNA was sequencing on the Illumina HiSeq 4000 using 150-bp paired end sequencing. The ASF represent a consortium of eight murine bacterial species that have been used to study the microbiome.
