Counts of mutations in 1Mb windows along the genome (with matched tri-nt context between the windows) for 4221 tumor samples. The "nt_risk" column is the number of nucleotides remaining after removing problematic regions and performing the tri-nt matching. To calculate the regional mutation density (RMD), we need to divide the count/nt_at_risk columns.
