Leaf transcriptome of apple knock-out transgenic lines of MdAGG by CRISPR/Cas9 strategy

Investigation of whole genome gene expression level changes in Acibenzolar-S-methyl-treated leaves of three MdAGG-knock-out transgenic lines (mdagg-2, mdagg-3 and mdagg-4) versus treated but non-transformed plants (wild-type) Overall design: A total of 8 samples, corresponding to 2 biological replicates (bulk of leaves from 2 independent experiments) for each transgenic lines and non-transformed control, were used for differential gene expression analysis. Plants were treated with acibenzolar-S-methyl (ASM) and leaves were collected 3 days post-treatment.
