Genotype data

These data include 1. the genotypes for all mice at ~110,000 typed variants; genotypes are represented as a probability vector quantifying the founder of origin of each variant2. the genotypes for all mice at ~32.5 million segregating variants (imputed and typed); genotypes are represented as fraction of total dosage contributed by the non-reference allele (i.e., multiply by 2 to compute the dosage for diploid organisms).3. the kinship between all pairs of mice, both using all chromosomes, and leaving each chromosome out (for QTL mapping)
