RNA-Seq of normal adult human lung fibroblasts Overall design: Normal human lung fibroblasts from an adult donor were electroporated with either FLIL33-encoding or a control non-coding (NULL) plasmids, and, 24 h later, either stimulated or not with rhTGF-beta.
