This article examines the fundamentals of effective training planning for 12–13-year-old basketball players. The study analyzes the structure and methods of training programs aimed at improving young athletes’ physical fitness, technical skills, and motivation. In addition, methods for adjusting training intensity, duration, and workload according to individual characteristics are considered. The results demonstrate that effective planning contributes to improving both sports performance and healthy development of basketball players.
