卵巢癌是发生在卵巢的恶性肿瘤，是女性生殖系统中最致命的癌症之一。本产品还提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外，还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。

Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor arising in the ovaries, and ranks among the most lethal cancers in the female reproductive system. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell samples. The DNA analytical workflow covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion analysis and copy number variation (CNV) variant analysis. For RNA-seq analysis, in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also includes de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis encompasses cell type identification, intercellular communication, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
