Per-animal dataset and statistical outputs for: Sulforaphane attenuates doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity in Swiss albino mice through coordinated modulation of the NRF2/SLC7A11/GPX4 axis, oxidative stress and ferroptotic lipid peroxidation
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the article submitted to Phytomedicine. It contains the complete per-animal data (n = 64; eight groups of Swiss albino mice) for a 28-day doxorubicin (DOX) cardiotoxicity study evaluating sulforaphane (SFN) versus dexrazoxane. Variables include body and heart weights, echocardiographic parameters (LVEF, FS, LVEDD, LVESD), serum cardiac-injury biomarkers (CK-MB, LDH, cTnI, BNP, AST, ALT), cardiac oxidative-stress markers (TAC, GSH, SOD, CAT), iron, MDA, 4-HNE and GPX4 activity, qRT-PCR (10 genes), Western-blot densitometry (7 proteins), and histopathology/immunohistochemistry scores. Files: PerAnimal_SwissMice_Dataset.xlsx (raw per-animal data and group summary); Statistics_Summary_ANOVA_BH_TOST.xlsx (ANOVA, Benjamini-Hochberg pairwise, and TOST non-inferiority outputs); DATA_DECISIONS_LOG.md (QC and data-handling decisions); qPCR_Primers_Table.docx (primer details).
