Using Genomic to Investigate an Outbreak of Vancomycin-Resistance Enterococcus faecium in a Tertiary Hospital in China

we describe an outbreak of VREfm in the intensive care unit (ICU) of a Chinese hospital. Our aim is to elucidate the epidemiology and genomic characteristics of the outbreak using WGS.
