Demographic and medical data collected from the electronic Case Report Form (ecRF) in the Milieu Intérieur cohort Phase 3

A longitudinal resampling of 415 donors from the original Milieu Intérieur cohort (established in 2012-2013,) was performed in 2022 to evaluate how immune responses vary over time and test whether immune states can predict future disease development. The RedCap questionnaire collected variables ranging from socio-demographic (family status, income, occupational status, educational level, nutritional habits) to medical informations (medical history, Covid infection, infectious diseases, vaccinations, cancers, physiological measurements). The dataset includes txt files in TSV format containing the processed data, in the form of a matrix with 415 subjects as rows and collected variables as columns.
