Sister kinetochore trajectories derived from live-cell confocal microscopy movies of HeLa cells expressing eGFP-CENP-A and eGFP-Centrin1, using software available at https://bitbucket.org/jarmond/kit. Data is a MATLAB format file. Each element of structure represents data from one cell. For each cell .sisterList contains coordinates for each kinetochore in a sister pair (.coords1 and .coords2, 150x6 matrices: 150 frames X [x y z sx sy sz]).
