Investigating the effect of TGFB stimulation and/or inhibition on the transcriptome of primary human alveolar cells type 2 hAECII from 4 different donors were stimulated with each 5ng/ml TGFB1, 10µM SB431542, 5ng/ml TGFB+10µM SB31542 or left untreated for 48h. Each experimental parameters has 4 biological replicates as paired observations
