This register contains a summary record of all Suburban Holdings in the Land District of Warialda, kept by the Warialda Lands Office.This tenure was introduced in 1912 as a lease in perpetuity designed to meet the needs of rural workers desirous of establishing a home in close proximity to country towns and to provide them with the facilities for small cultivation.
