Heliconius erato butterfly cyanogenic toxicity samples collected across a rainfall gradient in Panama in 2017

Heliconius erato butterfly samples collected across a rainfall gradient in Panama in 2017 for analyzing their cyanogenic glucoside toxicity levels. The concentration of the biosynthesized cyanogenic glucoside compounds linamarin and lotaustralin were analyzed from the butterfly tissue samples using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Both individual data of butterfly samples, as well as the raw NMR data are included in the dataset.
