Clinostomum piscidium Whole Genome Sequencing and Assembly

This digenean trematode is emerging in the aquaculture field, particularly in snakeskin gourami fish culture. The genomic information of this parasite is still lacking to bring more information for further research. This study is the first to attempt the whole-genome sequencing of this zoonotic parasite.
