mRNAseq in forebrain and cerebellum of wild-type mice at postnatal 2 weeks age

We sequenced mRNA from mouse brain to compare gene expression level between 2 forebrain and 2 cerebellum. mRNA profiles obtained from 2 different wild-type mice were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina NovaSeq6000.我们对小鼠脑组织的信使RNA（mRNA）进行测序，旨在比较2份前脑样本与2份小脑样本之间的基因表达水平差异。本研究中，2只不同野生型小鼠的mRNA表达谱通过Illumina NovaSeq6000平台完成深度测序。
