Tritrichomonas Transcriptome or Gene expression

We performed a digital gene expression profiling (DGE) of pig lung which has parasitic infection. From the twelve DGE-tag library, we obtained about 14 million raw tags, and 13 million clean tags. All of the clean tags were mapped to the nucleotide sequences of Tritrichomonas with only one nucleotide mismatch being allowed, tags were mapped to Tritrichomonas and 50 genes were annotated.
