This project provides the lichen metagenome assembly of Cladonia norvegica. It contains the full unbinned assembly of Cladonia norvegica and associated organisms plus the MAGs and bins derived from this assembly. The assembly is provided as part of the European Reference Genomes Atlas Pilot Project (https://www.erga-biodiversity.eu/pilot-project).
