'Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus'Citrus tristeza virus Transcriptome

We investigated gene expression in sweet orange trees inoculated with two pathogens simultaneously. The pathogens were three ubiquitous and important pathogens of citrus: Mild strain CTV-B2 (Florida; T30 genotype); severe stem pitting strain CTV-B6 (California; T3 genotype) and ‘Ca. Liberibacter asiaticus’ B-232 (Thailand; huanglongbing). Immature leaf tissue was harvested for RNA extraction before symptoms developed but after the trees became pathogen positive by PCR or RT-PCR.
