北极地区是全球气候变化最明显的区域,存在“北极放大效应”。开展北极地区近海/冰面海洋气象观测,可以得到北极地区气候气候变化的第一手数据,对于进一步研究北极地区气-海-冰相互作用,加深对北极放大效应的理解具有重要科学价值。 本数据为中国第13次北极科学考察(2023年)走航人工气象观测数据 对了解北极及邻区海域海洋气象最新状况,加深对北极地区气-海-冰相互作用机制的理解、研究北极放大效应及其与我国极端天气气候事件的关系具有重要意义。 1.测量仪器 雪龙2号船载维萨拉自动气象站 2.观测方法和所获观测资料 7月12日至9月26日,按照国标《海洋调查规范第3部分:海洋气象调查》和《极地海洋水文气象、化学和生物调查技术规程》的要求,每日世界时00时、06时、12时、18时中3-4个时次进行人工常规走航海洋气象观测,观测项目除自动站观测要素外还包括天气现象、云量云状、浪高涌高。 3.观测区域 本航次考察海区,包括楚科奇海、加克洋中脊、北冰洋中心区。 4.质量描述 (1)自动气象站再出航前进行了检测; (2)人工观测严格参照国标和规程; 5.数据来源署名格式 (一)中国极地研究中心(中国极地研究所),Polar Research Institute of China); (二)国家极地科学数据中心,National Arctic and Antarctic Data Center;

The Arctic is the region where global climate change is most pronounced, featuring the "Arctic Amplification" effect. Conducting offshore/sea-ice marine meteorological observations in the Arctic can obtain first-hand data on Arctic climate change, which holds important scientific value for further research on air-sea-ice interactions in the Arctic and deepening the understanding of the Arctic Amplification effect. This dataset comprises transit manual meteorological observation data from the 13th Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition (2023). It is of great significance for understanding the latest status of marine meteorology in the Arctic and its adjacent seas, deepening the understanding of the air-sea-ice interaction mechanisms in the Arctic, and studying the Arctic Amplification effect and its relationship with extreme weather and climate events in China. 1. Measuring Instruments Xuelong 2's shipboard Vaisala automatic weather station 2. Observation Methods and Collected Observation Data From July 12 to September 26, 3 to 4 manual routine transit marine meteorological observations were conducted daily at Universal Time (UT) 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00, in accordance with the national standards *Specification for Oceanographic Survey, Part 3: Marine Meteorological Survey* and *Technical Specifications for Polar Marine Hydrometeorological, Chemical and Biological Surveys*. Besides the meteorological elements measured by the automatic weather station, the observation items also include weather phenomena, cloud amount and cloud type, wave height and swell height. 3. Observation Area The survey sea area of this expedition, including the Chukchi Sea, Gakkel Ridge, and the Central Arctic Ocean. 4. Quality Description (1) The automatic weather station was inspected prior to the voyage; (2) Manual observations were strictly carried out in accordance with the aforementioned national standards and technical specifications. 5.
