Transcriptome Analysis Indicate Immune Responses Against Vibrio harveyi in Chinese tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis)

The Chinese tongue sole is (Cynoglossus semilaevis) important marine species and widely distributed in northern China. Recently, the outbreak of disease has limited the development of the industry, Vibrio harveyi is a frequent and high mortality rate pathogen of Chinese tongue sole. This study reported the effect of Vibrio harveyi infection at 16h, 48h, 72h, 96h and normal fish on kidney in Chinese tongue sole at transcriptome level.
