Tis series contains the admission registers for the Forbes District Hospital.The registers have been arranged chronologically then alphabetically. There are sheets marked 'IP' at the top, which represents the admission of an inpatient. These admissions also have a discharge date. In the rear of the register under the same alphabetical letter are sheets marked 'O/P', which respresent outpatient registrations. The outpatient registrations only have one date recorded.The hospital maintained these 2 separate types of admissions together in the same register.
