This document is the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Business and Processing Licenses for Terrestrial Wild Animals and Their Products in Shaanxi Province, which was promulgated on November 8, 1996. These Regulations are formulated to protect, develop and rationally utilize wild animal resources, and strengthen the administration of business utilization of wild animals and their products, in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife, the Implementing Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Terrestrial Wild Animals, and the Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife in Shaanxi Province.
