MaxEnt model runs data to simulate the distribution of plant species in Northeast China

In order to simulate the distribution pattern of plant species richness in Northeast China under current and future climate scenarios based on MaxEnt model, we collected the longitude and latitude data of the actual distribution points of plant species in Northeast China. We processed and optimized the environmental data, and selected environmental variables with more ecological significance through correlation analysis. This data set was put into MaxEnt model to simulate the changes of plant richness distribution pattern in Northeast China under different scenarios, and analyze the impact of future climate change on plant richness distribution pattern in Northeast China, so as to provide basis for biodiversity conservation and management planning of nature reserves. This data set includes the collected species data, the environmental data input by the model and the correlation analysis results of environmental variables.
